Destiny: Iron Banner Week Means New Gear to Draw!

Hello all! After the serious nature of my last post, let's focus on something fun shall we? Now, some of you may be Destiny players and some are not. Well, if you're not familiar, Destiny is a cross between Diablo (Loot Grinding) and Halo (Future Space Shooter) with quite a bit of Space Misticism thrown in there for good measure.

Every month they hold an event called Iron Banner where you're invited to bring your best gear in a contest with other players. The prize is more loot. We're talking really, REALLY, nice loot.

It's the big monthly event that always makes me come crawling back to this stupidly addictive game. Anyway, whenever there is new gear - specifically armor sets - that make their way into the game I'm inspired to draw them. There is a lot of intricate designs in this game and I find it irristible to sketch. So here are a couple. One above as you see and one below. I'm pretty happy with how the one below turned out. Her pose is a little weird, but the armor is nicely detailed. I'm still a work in progress when it comes to my skills. Anyway, I hope you enjoy!
