April Art Challenge from The Pose Archives

If you haven't heard of The Pose Archives (https://www.instagram.com/theposearchives/), then I highly recommend checking them out. They are fantastic for artists as they have so many varieties of poses to choose from. They do a monthly challenge where they pick a pose and have artists draw it in their style. I finished up my entry in that challenge and it is presented here:

It was a surprisingly challenging pose as there is some subtleties in the way the subject is leaning in the reference image. It took several false starts to nail the figure first before adding my own artists flare to it. I gave her a robotic arm because of course I did. 🤣
